The name Brickthrough symbolises our mission to break through the walls of misunderstanding and stigma that often surround autism and neurodiversity. Each “brick” represents barriers — whether in communication, participation, or perception — and our role is to gently dismantle these through connection, respect, and understanding.
At Brickthrough, we seek to support families in building stronger, more meaningful relationships with their children. We believe every child is wonderfully unique and deserving of support that recognises their value, not their diagnosis.

Kevin is the founder and principal paediatric occupational therapist at Brickthrough Therapy. He brings a deep commitment to serving children and families with compassion, integrity, and a belief in every child's unique potential to grow and flourish.
Since graduating from Monash University in 2018, Kevin has worked across not-for- profit organisations, private clinics, and community-based services. His professional experience includes supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability (ID), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Sensory Processing Disorder.
Previously, Kevin worked at Australia’s largest autism organisation, delivering individual and group-based therapy for children with complex needs. His journey in paediatrics began in Hong Kong, where he served as a therapy assistant supporting children with ASD and ADHD.
Kevin is known for his gentle and respectful approach, taking the time to build trust and genuine connection with each child and their family. He works closely with families to set meaningful goals that promote independence, emotional well-being, and a sense of purpose in everyday life. He believes that therapy is not just about progress, but about walking alongside families in their journey — with patience, hope, and care.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin, Kevin values working with families from diverse backgrounds and is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
